Alan Harlan
President
Alan brings more than 20 years of experience in the IT and outsourcing services industry serving in executive accounting, technology and sales roles. He has a track record of running high performing sales and delivery operations for business units ranging from $60M to $200M of revenue.
Alan has orchestrated multimillion dollar contracts, implemented innovative sales strategies and turned around under-performing business units.
Prior to joining Symphony, Alan served as EVP for Sierra Design Group, Inc., a gaming software development and services firm where he increased sales from $37 Million to $89 Million in 15 months; VP of Sales for Sourcecorp, Inc., a data services with global outsourcing relationships exceeding $80 Million in sales; and EVP of Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., a global technology and business process firm. Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University.

Mike Keller
Vice President, Operations
Mike joined Symphony in November of 2005 and is responsible for Symphony's Operations team, which includes Business Processing Operations, Managed Services, Customer Care, and Audit and Optimization Services.
Prior to Symphony he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Sourcecorp, a leading BPO and consulting firm, and in executive positions with Affiliated Computer Services and Electronic Data Systems. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Texas Lutheran University.

Garry Plagenhoef
Vice President, Implementation & Consulting
Garry Plagenhoef has been with Symphony since 1989 and brings more than 30 years of experience in IT, with the last 15 years concentrated in telecom business re-engineering and outsourcing services. He has a proven record of managing telecom consulting projects from restructuring telecom departments to implementing telecom management systems for very large clients.
Prior to assuming responsibility for Implementation Services, Garry served as the Chief System Architect responsible for the functional design of Symphony's Telecommunications Expense Management system, known as EMS. Prior to joining Symphony, he was VP-Financial Systems Manager for EDS where he managed all internal financial applications, and developed strategies for marketing and selling communication outsourcing services, a new business for EDS at that time. Garry holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics from Trinity College.

Kevin Ziesig
Vice President, Sales
Kevin brings over 25 years of senior management sales leadership to Symphony SMS. Kevin’s long history of hands-on experience gives him deep understanding of implementing and managing Telecom Expense Management solutions for our large Fortune 100 customers. Kevin lends his significant knowledge and resources to Symphony SMS’ industry-leading TEM and Audit offerings. Kevin has developed and is responsible for Symphony SMS’ channel relationships.
Prior to joining Symphony, he held Executive Sales positions at Peregrine Systems, a multi-million dollar IT services firm; and Telco Research Corporation, a telemanagement services firm. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Binghamton State University and is a board certified CPA.

Kishore Dubagunta
Executive Director of Technology
Kishore Dubagunta joined Symphony in 2003 and is responsible for Symphony Technology team, which includes Research & Development, Infrastructure, Technology Consulting and Support. Kishore has over 13 years research and development experience in standards based telecommunications management systems. Kishore was instrumental in design and development of Symphony’s Expense Management System. Kishore started his career at DSET Corporation where he was the lead architect of telecommunication network management and electronic bonding solutions. Kishore then co-founded Trigon Technology Group in 1998 to develop the next generation network management framework based on Model Driven Architecture, which enabled management of multi-technology telecommunication networks. He was instrumental in the merger of Trigon Technology Group with Vertel Corporation, a publicly traded company. Kishore holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India and Master of Science Degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University, Ames, IA.

Krishnan Vaidyanathan
Global Operations Center Leader
Krishnan has been with Symphony since 2002 and heads our Global Operations Center out of Bangalore, India which delivers TEM Operations, Analytics, R&D and Information Engineering services. Krishnan brings over 13 years of experience in delivering Six Sigma and CMMi compliant software services and products. Prior to joining Symphony, Krishnan has held Management and System Analyst positions with various product and service organizations in the US and India, including CITIL (now iFlex, Bangalore), CCC (Chicago), Dean Witter Discover (Chicago) and Siri Technologies (Bangalore). Krishnan has a Masters in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago and Bachelors in Computer Science from BITS, Pilani.
