The First Product Engineering Services Company to Receive the International Standard for IT Service Management
Palo Alto, Calif. and Bangalore, India – July 22, 2008 – Symphony Services, the global leader in product engineering outsourcing services, today announced it has been certified as an ISO 20000 (Information Technology Infrastructure Library or ITIL) compliant organization. With this certification Symphony Services becomes the only company in the Outsourced Product Development (OPD) Services to be awarded with both ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 Certification.
