that it has received a “positive” rating in Gartner’s recently-published “Marketscope for Telecom Expense Management,
2H06.”  Authored by research vice presidents Eric Goodness and Phillip Redman, the MarketScope examines the
overall telecom expense management (TEM) market, canvassing more than 100 vendors servicing the U.S. and
evaluating them on their business model, customer experience, innovation, product/service and overall viability.
