• First, EMS 11® includes predefined reports, which are available online, and provided in PDF, HTML or CVS format.  There are many reports available for both operational and management needs from billing, inventory, requests, and invoices. These reports can easily be modified by the customer to change headers, field position, sort sequence, subtotals, etc. Totally new reports can be produced very easily.  The Schedule Function within EMS 11® can provide systematic report distribution on a scheduled basis delivered via email so managers only receive relative information at applicable intervals.
• Second, all application databases can be queried, sorted, filtered to find the information needed online without having to execute a report.
  

• EMS® dashboard tool provides customizable business intelligence for a managerial or analyst view of relative spend data via graphical or report orientation.  This real time reporting has drill down capability from top-level summary to individual detail. These online reports are available in CSV format and can be downloaded to the client’s PC to be used in various applications (e.g., Excel, Access, etc.).
