Our approach begins with a comprehensive Project Plan that details the timeline, areas of responsibilities, and resources necessary to accomplish each task. Symphony SMS will analyze the cost of existing voice and data network services and develop a detailed profile identifying all current cost factors which will be used as the basis of a strategic technology and  opportunity review. Symphony SMS will prepare all RFPs for vendors, analyze responses, and summarize findings for the client. Upon award, Symphony SMS will act as the focal point for all contract negotiations and make recommendations based on cost savings as well as quality of service issues.  Symphony's offerings include mobile sourcing and backend services for an end-to-end integration.
