Billing Management
The Billing Management module automates the cost allocation and billing process to provide all cost centers with a single consolidated statement of all telecommunications, IT, market data, general expenses or other charges, summary information to accounting and a rollup of data to various levels of management. The EMS billing process allows processing of all usage charges (via electronic input or through the (Symphony Usage Management system), equipment, services, one-time charges generated via an order, and miscellaneous debits and credits and allocates those costs to the appropriate end-user and cost center location. This financial information is then available for view via a Web-enabled application through an automated workflow process, via user configurable dashboards (graphical or report formats, or standard reporting on an adhoc or scheduled basis.
