Invoice Management is a tool for automating the receipt, validation, and payment of vendor invoices. It also allows charges from invoices to be passed directly to the Billing Management module for financial reporting and accountability. Invoice Management provides ongoing inventory-based reconciliation (versus invoices) as each invoice is received and processed. Validation against contract rates maintained in the Service Catalog is also performed.
