Request Management
Service and repair orders are handled by EMS Request Management system. Once a request – either a service order or a trouble ticket – is finalized through EMS, the Inventory is automatically updated, in real time. By directly linking all service and work request activity to the Inventory it is modifying, you achieve a true single point-of-entry for all changes and updates. The Billing module accesses the real-time order and trouble status to retrieve any non-recurring charges (NRCs).
