Symphony SMS offers a full Licensed offering as well as web-based remote access to a Telecom Expense Management application via its SaaS or Hosted model that allows clients to efficiently process their invoices, manage their MACDs and vendors, reconcile charges against inventory, and provide greater visibility into telecommunications costs, without the capital expense of providing the required platform and data processing resources. Symphony was the first in the industry to offer SaaS andHosted models.

Software as a Service is an easy way to start using the application as no dedicated server resources are needed. Everything is contained in a logical configuration as opposed to hosted environments which require dedicated resources for more demanding environments.
