Support Policy & Plans


Symphony SMS offers 3 (three) levels of service depending on your desired level of support. The links below are for documents outlining the policy and service options.

The Technical Support Department is available based on your level of support 24 hours-a-day, 7 days a week. Please read the documents below for information on contacting support during after hours and the response times guaranteed by your support plan.

V&H-Tariff Downloads


These updates are provided to our customers who are current on their maintenance contracts. You must be current to have legal access to these downloads. Please note that TRU C@ll Accountant (TCA) now has monthly V&H files.

The Monthly and Quarterly columns have links for files to download to your Recording PC. These files are the update files that will need to be unzipped prior to updating your system’s V&H and Tariff information. These files have all been zipped with WinZip with password protection and this is the only program that can be used to unzip them. If you do not have WinZip, obtain an evaluation copy from www.winzip.com.

The Instructions column has a link for product specific instructions for downloading and updating your Telecom product’s V&H and Tariff information.

The TRU C@ll Accountant product requires the executable UPTARIFF.EXE to import the tariff tables. Depending on your version of TCA you can find the file to download in the TRU C@ll Accountant FAQ section of the Telecom Support site.

The file links to download are below the Monthly and Quarterly columns. Right click the file link for your Telecom System specific file and select to save them to your local machine’s desktop. Then download the instructions to install them.

Update Product Note: The tariff updates no longer contain the V&H updates. The monthly update for the V&H will have to be downloaded and installed in tandem with the tariff updates. This was in response to concerns of overwriting new monthly V&H updates with old ones in the quarterly issued tariff files if not done in correct order.
